Earth Lab Receives Multiple Stevie Awards for El Nido Modular Treatment Plant Project


Earth Lab was honored with multiple Stevie Awards at the 13th annual Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards at the Venetian Hotel in Macao April 17, 2026, earning recognition across several categories focused on innovation and technical development. Earth Lab Senior Vice President, Hans Woldring and Project Engineer, Jermyn Delos Reyes received the awards  at the ceremony.

The El Nido Modular Treatment Plant received a Silver Stevie Award for Excellence in Innovation in Manufacturing Industries. It also secured a Bronze Stevie Award for Innovation in Construction, Manufacturing, or Materials, highlighting its thoughtful design and application within a modular infrastructure framework.

In addition, the El Nido Modular Water Treatment Plant was awarded a Silver Stevie Award for Most Innovative Technology Team of the Year. This distinction recognizes the collaborative efforts of the team behind the system’s development and execution.


The project forms part of Earth Lab’s broader initiative to advance modular water treatment solutions, particularly in areas with site-specific constraints and environmental considerations. These modular systems are designed for flexible deployment and scalable operation, allowing them to adapt efficiently to varying local requirements.

These recognitions reflect the project’s evaluation against established judging criteria, including innovation, sustainability, successful implementation and impact.

The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards recognizes workplace innovation across all 29 nations in the region. The Stevie Awards are widely regarded as among the world’s premier business honors, also encompassing programs such as the American Business Awards® and the International Business Awards®.
