MANILA, Philippines – March 19, 2025 — In a landmark step toward modernizing water management in the Philippines, Earth Lab, Teamsolve and HSL have signed a partnership to launch AI-powered solutions tailored for the evolving challenges of the local water industry.

The signing took place on the opening day of Water Philippines 2025, one of the region’s largest water industry events. The ceremony was led by prominent figures from across the sector, including Charles Quek, Vice President for General Affairs at the Singapore Water Association; Robin Wong, Founder & Chief Commercial Officer of Teamsolve; and Angelo Valenton, Founder & CEO of Earth Lab.

During the event, Robin Wong delivered a live AI demonstration, highlighting how artificial intelligence can be embedded into operational systems such as customer support, enabling improved efficiency, higher service reliability, and enhanced sustainability across the water value chain.

The spirit of collaboration extended beyond the three companies, as Atty. Vicente Joyas, President of the Philippine Water Works Association (PWWA), joined Charles Quek in signing a separate MOU between PWWA and SWA. This agreement aims to strengthen regional partnerships and accelerate the development.
