Earth Lab had recently invited the Municipality of El Nido to an award handover ceremony to celebrate the outstanding effort of the institutions involved in leading the successful completion of the El Nido Modular Treatment Plant project.

Handed over were the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards medallions for Excellence in Innovation in Manufacturing, Most Innovative Technology Teams, and Innovation in Construction.

Representing the Municipality of El Nido to receive the medallions were Raul Maximo, HEAD-MENRO (Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office) and Rene Acosta HEAD-MEEDO (Municipal Economic Enterprise Development Office).

Also in the photo are POWER 4 ALL Business Development Head Jhun Mallanao and Asst. Vice President, Human Capital Management Jakeson Quiatchion, and Earth Lab Founder and CEO Angelo Valenton and Business Development Engineer Gianna Pantaleon.

These recognitions reflect the El Nido Modular Water Treatment Plant project’s evaluation against established judging criteria, including innovation, sustainability, successful implementation and impact.
